It never gets super hot before it dies, I've checked it's performance while playing and nothing seems like it's running high, and I've updated almost everything I can possibly think of.
I keep it plugged in all the time and have the power settings on balanced so it doesn't charge to 100% but I've watched the battery percentage a number of times and it never suddenly starts dying or reacts as if it's unplugged so I'm not sure what relevance that actually has. The only thing that's constant is that when it wakes up it says it has only a few % of battery as if it died. There's usually a 50-5 chance on whether it wakes up with me trying to wake it up via mouse or pressing space or it completely just shutting down and restarting. The laptop's screen will suddenly shut off and act as if it's going into sleep mode. Gf65 thin crashing while gaming My gf65 laptop keeps crashing while I'm playing games on it (usually valorant but it has happened on a few others).
